Zaheer Minhas has practised law since 2002 and is enrolled as an Advocate of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. Over a career spanning more than two decades, he has handled over 6,000 cases before the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the Sindh High Court, Labour Courts, the National Industrial Relations Commission (NIRC), the Securities & Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).
His principal areas of practice are labour & industrial relations law, corporate advisory, family litigation, real estate disputes and constitutional petitions. He has 28+ reported judgments published in SBLR, PLD and SCMR — a record that reflects consistent appellate success and a commitment to advancing the law for his clients.
